By accessing and using the website and services of A.J.S.R. Productions LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
A.J.S.R. Productions LLC offers video, photo, live production, post-production, and related creative media services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or statement of work signed by both parties where applicable.
The client agrees to provide A.J.S.R. Productions LLC with timely access to necessary locations, talent releases, brand assets, and approvals required to perform the services.
Fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. A.J.S.R. Productions LLC reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
In no event shall A.J.S.R. Productions LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
